Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part D -- Women, Infants, Children, and Youth (WICY) Grants Supplemental Funding
This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part D Women, Infants, Children, and Youth (WICY) (RWHAP Part D WICY or RWHAP Part D) Grants Supplemental Funding for fiscal year (FY) 2021. The purpose of this supplemental funding is to strengthen organizational capacity to respond to the changing health care landscape and increase access to high quality, family-centered HIV primary health care services for low income, uninsured, and underserved WICY with HIV. HRSA intends funding under this program to support one short-term activity that can be completed by the end of the one-year period of performance.

FY 2021 Ending the HIV Epidemic-Primary Care HIV Prevention Funding
Fiscal year (FY) 2021 Ending the HIV Epidemic – Primary Care HIV Prevention (PCHP) will make funding available on a competitive basis to a subset of Health Center Program award recipients to expand the number of health centers funded to focus on HIV prevention in the initiative-targeted areas (195 received FY 2020 PCHP supplemental funding (HRSA-20-091) in March 2020). FY 2021 award recipients will leverage their comprehensive primary care experience and build and/or strengthen their HIV prevention capacity to support increases in HIV testing, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) prescriptions, and linkage to HIV care and treatment.

Getting To Zero: Understanding HIV Viral Suppression and Transmission in the United States (R01 Clinical Trial Optional)
The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support grants to improve understanding of viral suppression and HIV transmission in the United States (U.S.) using population-level epidemiology, novel tools from data science approaches to research. Data generated through this research will be used to inform and evaluate context-specific HIV control strategies towards the goal of ending the HIV epidemic in the U.S.
