Linkage to HIV medical care is one of the six EHE indicators. Linkage to HIV medical care is the percentage of people with HIV diagnosed in a given year who have received medical care for their HIV infection within one month of diagnosis. The goal is to increase the percentage of people with HIV who have received medical care for their HIV infection within one month of diagnosis by the goal year.
Incidence is one of the six EHE indicators. Incidence is the estimated number of new HIV infections in a given year. The goal is to decrease the number of new HIV infections by the goal year.
Diagnoses is one of the six EHE indicators. Diagnoses is the number of people with HIV infection diagnosed in a given year confirmed by laboratory or clinical evidence. The goal is to decrease the number of confirmed HIV diagnoses by the goal year.
Knowledge of status is one of the six EHE indicators. Knowledge of status is the estimated percentage of people with HIV who have received an HIV diagnosis. The goal is to increase the percentage of people who have knowledge of their status by the goal year.
Viral suppression is one of the six EHE indicators. Viral suppression is the percentage of people living with diagnosed HIV infection in a given year who have an amount of HIV that is less than 200 copies per milliliter of blood. The goal is to increase the percentage of viral suppressed people by the goal year.
PrEP coverage is one of the six EHE indicators. PrEP coverage is the estimated percentage of individuals with indications for PrEP classified as having been prescribed PrEP. The goal is to increase the percentage of PrEP prescriptions for people with PrEP indicators.
